The Space DC-DC converters are made by thick film hybrid integrated circuit technology. 5w to 65W output ,TID of 100 krad (Si), the single particle effect(SEE) can reach 75MeVocm2 / mg.
-55℃～105℃ operation, high efficiency, ZCS/ZVS soft switching structure, input over/under voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection and output over-current protection.
The high input voltage series DC DC converters have two outputs, i.e. single output and dual output. Hi- Voltage DC-DC Converters adopt PWM control technology with high frequency power switch for conversion, transformer coupling for transmission.
